Our Departments:
We manage the Ministry’s financial, administrative and asset
resources to ensure timely budgeting, procurement support,
payments and the maintenance of infrastructure that enables
effective service delivery.
We manage and develop civilian human capital through
recruitment, training, performance management, payroll
administration and disciplinary processes to support a
professional and efficient workforce.
We provide independent assurance, advisory and investigative
services to strengthen governance, risk management and
internal control systems within the Ministry.
Our mission is to facilitate transparent, efficient, and accountable procurement of goods, services, and works in support of Zimbabwe’s national defense objectives, while promoting fair competition and local economic participation.
