Core Functions
The department ensures the Ministry’s mission remains aligned with national development goals by leading the formulation and monitoring of the Strategic Plan. It provides expert advice and planning tools to senior leadership while overseeing the integration of specific departmental plans to ensure organizational cohesion. Furthermore, the department evaluates the effectiveness of projects and operations through rigorous reviews and the production of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) reports. Finally, it coordinates international activities related to policy development to ensure the Ministry remains globally and strategically competitive.
