- Offers connectivity support and manage ICT infrastructure.
- Maintains hardware, software upgrades and back-ups for the Ministry.
- Inspects and evaluates procured ICT equipment, for required quality/standards.
- Produces reports on ICT challenge within the Ministry.
- Drive digital transformation.
- Coordinate the implementation of Government ICT programmes, systems and policies.
- To ensure security of the ICT infrastructure and data protection.
